The My Best Body Training Program is designed to take your fitness regimen to the next level. At the end of 13 weeks, MBB Athletes are stronger and faster in the gym, more committed to their own unique journeys and confident in their own brand of beautiful.  It’s a good idea to have a healthy fitness base and an elementary understanding of weight training and cardio before attempting My Best Body.
