    I’m already really excited for the program.
    I have tried your MBB trial (haven’t finished yet though..since I’m still doing BBG) but so far I have loved it! I did some modifications on the exercises, since I did it at home, but I definitely still felt the burn by using bands in some of the exercises (like pulldows, etc) and a lot of creativity 😀
    I’m still thinking if I should get the gym-based version (and modify some exercises myself) or wait until the home-based version..but I cannot wait to try it!

    I just bought your macros guide and want to thank you for creating such a great guide. I have bought already three of them and none of them were really helpful. Yours is excellent. Everything so well explained and its a real guide. Not just telling me how to calculate and that’s it… its all about how it works and I can choose what I want and adjust everything on my goals. This one is perfect. Thank you so so much. I am so happy to have found your page and that I didn’t care I already bought three and was disappointed. Your guide is sensationell and I might just get the excercise plan as well. At the moment I am doing BBG and cant really go to the gym that often as you recommend in your book. So I will see.
